2025 nfl mock draft with trades final first round predictions

Alright. We’re finally here. The 2025 NFL Draft kicks off tonight at 8:00 p.m. ET from Green Bay, Wisconsin. This is my final mock draft of the 2025 cycle. In this one, I’ll attempt to be as predictive as possible, given the latest reports, and trying to sort through the noise.

Lock it in. The Titans get their (hopeful) quarterback of the future. Despite getting calls to trade out of this pick, the Browns stand pat and take arguably the best player in the draft. While Abdul Carter isn’t necessarily a “need,” he’s too good to pass on. Kayvon Thibodeaux could be upset about this, but that’s something worth dealing with. This would give the Giants a ferocious pass rush.

The 2025 NFL draft is just days away, where teams are finalizing their draft boards before things kick off in Green Bay on April 24. There are plenty of storylines to monitor heading into the first round, including how the Top 10 unfolds behind the Tennessee Titans (who are expected to select quarterback Cam Ward at first overall), how... We're unveiling our final NFL Wires mock draft of the 2025 offseason. Our editors made player selections for all 32 picks in the first round. Here are the results. There are only two scenarios facing the Titans at No.

1 overall: Select Miami quarterback Cam Ward or trade down. Although Tennessee remains open to such a trade, it’s becoming increasingly less likely. Ward will be the pick when things kick off in Green Bay and then the true madness of the NFL draft will begin. – Dan Benton, Titans Wire The stars are aligning for the Browns to land the best player in the draft. With Cam Ward going first overall to the Titans, the Browns keep it simple here and take the blue-chip player, Travis Hunter, rather than trying to force the pick on a quarterback despite their...

Their offense gets a dynamic playmaker, and their defense gets an elite lockdown corner who will come on the field in obvious passing situations. This is the best-case scenario. – Cory Kinnan, Browns Wire Soon enough, the 2025 NFL Draft will begin. The newest crop of hopeful stars will officially make the jump from college to the professional level. We'll know where Colorado QB Shedeur Sanders will ultimately land.

Just how much teams truly value Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty will finally be revealed. How far will Arizona WR Tetairoa McMillan fall? Is Will Campbell really the first offensive lineman off the board? All of this will be answered soon enough — but let's try and predict it before it happens with one final 2025 NFL mock draft. One of the strangest things about this year's NFL Draft is the simple fact that it feels like we know so little at this point. There has undoubtedly been a steady barrage of rumors and buzz for weeks but, in terms of the things you can truly feel confident in, there isn't much.

That makes the draft itself exciting but it makes an NFL mock draft a bit more difficult. What we have to do in that case is take the rumors, reports and buzz that we've heard, weigh how real we think that is, then use a bit of common sense and predictive... Easy enough, right? Let's do it, then. It's a full first-round prediction for the 2025 NFL Draft. Of all the things it's hard to feel confident in, this doesn't fall in that category.

The Titans are taking Cam Ward first overall and they shouldn't think twice about it. Ward might have fallen in the bottom-half of last year's quarterback class but his combination of floor and upside with his improvisation, mobility and arm make him the tops in this class. Will Levis has proven unviable in Tennessee, so it's time to hand the keys to the former Miami signal-caller. I'm not buying the buzz of the Browns trading down. Could they take a quarterback early in Round 2? Absolutely, but I think that's where Cleveland's trade investment lies.

General manager Andrew Berry has stated he feels confident in allowing Travis Hunter to play both ways at wide receiver and cornerback, and I'm starting to convince myself of the same. The Heisman winner is a freak athlete with unlimited potential on either side of the ball with his traits, football IQ and the possibility for refinement. The 2025 NFL Draft is finally here! On Thursday, April 24, at 8:00 pm ET, the Green Bay-based event kicks off. So, without further ado, let’s dive right into our final ClutchPoints 2025 NFL mock draft 5.0, which includes our predictions for trades as well as picks. As with most NFL drafts, the mystery of who will go No.

1 is over the week of the event. The Titans will take Cam Ward and hope that he develops into the franchise signal-caller they weren’t able to find in recent QB picks like Will Levis and Malik Willis. While Abdul Carter would give the Browns one of the best pass rushes in the league, Travis Hunter gives the team a face of the franchise, which Cleveland desperately needs. Whether Hunter plays wide receiver or cornerback in 2025 may be the only interesting thing about the Browns’ upcoming campaign. The Giants have kicked the tires on Shedeur Sanders but will decide the juice is not worth the squeeze at No. 3.

Instead, the team will take an elite pass rusher (because every team needs more of those) and will deal with QB later… maybe even trading back into Round 1. With the two elite prospects gone and no team dying to move up to No. 4, the Patriots will make the responsible pick here and take Will Campbell to hopefully anchor the offensive line, or at least be a key cog for the duration of Drake Maye’s career. The 2024 season isn't quite over yet, but fans of the 30 teams that aren't playing in the Super Bowl are locked in on mock drafts to see what could be in store for... The 2025 NFL draft is just over two months away, and each of the 32 teams got their eyes on some of its top prospects at the Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl all-star showcases... Yet there's still plenty of time for evaluations to shift and change as the pre-draft process continues with the NFL scouting combine at the end of the month.

Draft experts around the web have put together their mock draft predictions for all 32 first-round picks.
