2025 Nfl Mock Draft Latest Round 1 Projections In April
The early days of NFL free agency are over, and several teams have had to alter their draft outlook after addressing key needs. Some teams who appeared nearly certain to address specific positions can now consider other options, which means it’s time for another 2025 NFL mock draft. Now that all 32 NFL fan bases are more interested in which players can help them in the 2025 NFL Draft, we project who each team will select with their first-round draft pick on... They can’t afford not to take a quarterback with star potential like Cam Ward. The dual-threat playmaker has the ability to transform an offense, but he’ll need some help in the pass-catcher department later on too. Full one-round predictions for the top NFL rookie prospects
The NFL Draft is my favorite day of the year, and the picks made tomorrow night will have an enormous impact on the future of the NFL. The top three picks appear to be locked in, but the rest of the top ten is up in the air. This mock draft aims to predict each pick in an attempt to be as accurate as possible. Last year, my final mock draft was the 6th-most accurate in TheHuddleReport's annual contest. Hopefully, we can finish in the top five in 2025. 1) Tennessee Titans – Cam Ward, QB, Miami
The Titans appear locked in on Cam Ward to be their next franchise quarterback. After a deep dive into his film, Ward has all the traits you want in a modern pro QB. The Titans need to get him more weapons on day two. The 2025 NFL Draft is just more than three weeks away. With the NFL's owner's meetings underway and teams set to start stacking and finalizing their boards in the coming week or so, we may start to get more insider buzz on how things will... Our latest mock draft uses the team's personnel decisions to guide what may happen when each team comes on the clock.
The mystery around the Titans' intentions with the No. 1 overall pick seems to have worn off. Tennessee's new era appears poised to begin with a new quarterback — one whose creative flair for the position mirrors some of the lightning Mike Borgonzi helped bottle up in Kansas City. As I continue to look into the 2025 NFL Draft class and the pro teams who could be selecting them, here’s another look at where prospects could potentially end up were the draft held... I’ve changed the vast majority of the picks here relative to my last attempt, so read on to see another possible draft-day scenario. Check out my 2025 NFL Draft scouting reports to see what I thought of each prospect during film review.
Feel free to contact me on Twitter @draftexaminer with any feedback or suggestions. There’s not a whole lot to say about this pick that hasn’t been said already. Like others, I think the best indicator the Titans are gearing up to pick Ward is the lack of interest they’ve shown in adding any of the other quarterbacks available. Were they planning on trading down here, they’d likely have at least sniffed around options like Aaron Rodgers. It’ll be interesting to see whether they keep Will Levis or decide to trade him and give him a better opportunity to start games elsewhere. It was surprising to see Browns co-owner Jimmy Haslam recently come out and admit the Deshaun Watson trade was a “big swing and miss.” That might be a consensus view at this point, but...
Abdul Carter blitzing from the LB position and easily wins his matchup against the center with his speed, flexibility and bend. #NFLDraft pic.twitter.com/0j5UoN6FjO Dawg: Top prospect LSU tackle Will Campbell squatting over 600lbs with EASE ??Campbell will be UNSTOPPABLE in the NFL. pic.twitter.com/0pi5f2k0Db This should be a play the backside linebacker (17) gets to. He can't get to the running back because the right tackle takes the defensive end on a free shuttle five yards down the field. This is what you're getting with Armand Membou.

Happy Draft Day, everybody. This is my first and only mock for this cycle, and it's coming just hours before the Titans are officially on the clock. Hey, better late than never. Mocks this time of year are tricky because while it's true that we're as close to a consensus on the first rounders as we're going to get, keeping up with the rumor mill this... And much of what's being peddled out there is a smoke screen anyway. If you're looking for more draft content, make sure you check out Mario Puig's three-round mock and Joe Bartel's mock draft and NFL draft props.
Same deal. This feels like a lock, even if the idea of an Abdul Carter-Myles Garrett tandem is fun to dream on. The Giants might want to move back, but with no quarterbacks worth taking at 3, it's hard to envision them finding a dance partner willing to pay full freight. They'll just have to settle for the best EDGE in the class and the best player available. Ho hum. U2 guitarist The Edge once said that "a U2 album never gets finished, it just gets released." That's how I feel about my annual seven-round mock draft.
The following projection of all 257 picks in the 2025 NFL Draft (which will take place in Green Bay, Wisconsin on April 24-26) accounts for the value of prospects and team needs (for this... Since this is released nearly a full week before the event occurs, it won't include last-minute information reported about teams' interest in prospects. I still predict five trades and potential matches between teams and players in Round 1, however, along with providing a wide-angle view about where teams can find value at positions of need throughout the... Ward's been my pick for the Titans at No. 1 overall since the Super Bowl. He reminds me a bit of successful 2024 rookies Jayden Daniels and Bo Nix because of his extensive college experience (57 starts) and willingness to make plays from the pocket or on the move.
His plus ball velocity and ability to change arm angles allows him to lead receivers at all three levels of the field. He'll be the quarterback Tennessee needs to compete in the AFC. Hunter is going to be a special player. He's the best cornerback and receiver in the draft class and should have his wish of playing both ways fulfilled, even if it doesn't happen full-time. The Browns need a big-play receiver alongside Jerry Jeudy , who finished with more than twice as many receiving yards (1,229) as the next closest player on the team. Hunter could also line up across from Pro Bowl cornerback Denzel Ward at times to limit options for opposing quarterbacks.
On the doorstep of the 2025 NFL Draft, it’s time to look at the full seven-round slate one last time. Thirty-two teams; 257 picks; infinite outcomes. We can’t begin to predict what will happen on draft night, but we can give it our best shot. This mock draft isn’t purely predictive. It’s a blend of predictive elements and valuations from my own 2025 NFL Draft board, but NFL teams’ 30 visits and other interest indicators were taken into account. It’s the worst-kept secret in the 2025 NFL Draft: Cam Ward will, in all likelihood, go to the Tennessee Titans.
Brian Callahan needs a quarterback he can call his own, and Ward has the elite creation capacity, arm elasticity, ball handling, and gunslinger predisposition to light up the league in Callahan’s offense. Next to a QB, the Cleveland Browns’ biggest need is more playmaking talent. There’s arguably no QB worth taking at No. 2, and Andrew Berry has said he views Travis Hunter as a WR first.
