Services include occupational and physical therapy, speech-language pathology, special education, mental health support, educational advocacy, and family resources support.

Hope RISING Clinic is the first and only clinic in the country solely dedicated to serving children, from birth up to age 13, affected by prenatal substance exposure. Our team of uniquely trained providers specializes in assessment, therapy, and diagnostic evaluation for children exposed to drugs or alcohol during pregnancy. With innovative and evidence-based treatment and support for the whole family, Hope RISING Clinic helps children with prenatal substance exposure rise to their full potential. About 1 of every 8 children has a challenge with development that makes them eligible for Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT). With early support, most children catch up with their peers!

ESIT supports children ages 0-3 and their families with milestones like walking, talking, eating, playing, and learning. Families gain skills and knowledge to support their child's needs. Early Support for Infants and Toddlers (ESIT) Anyone who has a concern about a child's development can make a referral including parents/caregivers. To refer a child, choose one of the following options: After the referral, an ESIT representative will contact you to find out more about your child and schedule a Developmental Evaluation.

That evaluation will help to identify your child’s strengths and areas of growth and figure out if your child is eligible for ESIT. Early Support services take place in your child’s natural environments! This may be your home, at childcare, or at other community locations you and your family go to. Sometimes services may be available virtually. Education, Therapy and Counseling offered by Wonderland Child & Family Services Provides services to children from birth through age 12 with developmental delays, disabilities, and prenatal substance exposure.

Helps children meet healthy developmental milestones. Direct service providers are uniquely trained to provide trauma- and FASD-informed care. Wonderland’s Early Childhood programs serve children from birth to age three, offering a broad range of Early Support services to meet the individual needs of each child and family. We offer occupational and physical therapy, speech-language pathology, special education, infant mental health, and family resources support to families in north King and south Snohomish counties. Infants to age three receive personalized Early Support in their natural learning environments, such as home or childcare center.

In 2019, in recognition of a rapidly growing need of services for children and families coping with prenatal substance exposure (PSE), Wonderland launched Hope RISING Clinic.

Located in Bothell, Washington, this pioneering clinic exclusively supports children up to age 13 who have been impacted by prenatal substance exposure, all through a trauma-informed and neurobehavioral lens. Services include occupational therapy, mental health and caregiver counseling, feeding support, sensory processing support, educational advocacy, caregiver education, social skills coaching, and linkages to community resources.
