Shohei Ohtani and Aaron Judge made history in 2025, and Topps is ready to celebrate it. Ohtani and Judge were named the National and American League MVPs, respectively, on Thursday, which marked the first time ever that both MVPs were won by the same people in consecutive seasons. In celebration of the accomplishment, Topps released a 1-of-1 dual autograph card that will surely be highly coveted in the memorabilia world: At this point, there isn't much left to say about Ohtani that hasn't already been said. He is a unicorn type of player who excels as both a hitter and a pitcher at a level never truly seen before in the history of the sport. This MVP marks the fourth of his illustrious career and his second straight with the Los Angeles Dodgers.

He also helped lead the team to back-to-back World Series titles while slashing .282/.392/.622 with 55 home runs, 102 RBI and 20 stolen bases. Less than a week after 2025 Topps Chrome Baseball hit the shelves, the hobby’s most coveted chase card has surfaced. According to Sports Illustrated’s Michael Terry, the ultra-rare Aaron Judge-Shohei Ohtani card featuring both reigning MVPs on a 1-of-1 Gold Logoman Patch Autograph has been pulled. The card shop where it landed? All-Pro Sportscards in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This isn’t just any card pull.

We’re talking about a redemption for what could become the most valuable baseball card of 2025 that features the two biggest names in the sport. Rich Rinella has seen a lot in his 24 years as owner of All-Pro Sportscards.

His customers have pulled cards worth thousands of dollars from his stock. "I've had plenty of four-digit cards hit in the store and I've even had a handful of five-digit cards," Rinella said July 29. "But I never have potentially had a seven-digit card hit in the store." That's all changed now, when one customer pulled a rare 1/1 Topps Chrome Baseball collectible baseball card at Rinella's shop, a card that could fetch the customer a huge price if sold. On July 23, one customer pulled a dual autograph Gold Logoman Patch card signed by 2024 MVP winners Aaron Judge (American League) and Shohei Ohtani (National League). The card contains the signatures from both the two esteemed players, as well as the gold patches worn on the backs of their jerseys this year to signify their award-winning seasons.

"I was floored. The first thing that came to my mind was, 'This is a million dollar card, this is a million dollar piece of cardboard,'" Rinella said.
