Brown has averaged 16.4 fantasy PPG with Flacco as the starter, compared to fewer than 10 per game without him. Brown has been the fantasy RB8 since Week 7, when he recorded a season-high 108 rushing yards and was targeted 14 times by Flacco against the Steelers. In fact, he has averaged 15.5 fantasy PPG in his last two games against the division rival.

Brown is in play with Flacco at the helm. Warren is a safe RB2 most weeks. He gets the best matchup a running back could ask for this week. Against the Bengals in Week 7, Warren ran for 127 yards and had 19.8 fantasy points (both season-highs). Warren has received 77 percent of the Steelers' carries over the last four weeks, and the Bengals D has allowed the most fantasy points to RBs. Warren is a strong start.

It's been frustrating to watch Marks have success then see the carrot get pulled away from him the following week. He had a great outing last week, playing 78 percent of the snaps and handling 17 touches. Marks has averaged 13.5 touches per game in the last four contests and has posted at least 12 in four of his last six. The Titans have surrendered the most rushing TDs and fifth-most fantasy PPG to RBs this season. Marks had 119 yards, a pair of TDs and a season-high 27.9 fantasy points against Tennessee in Week 4. Rico Dowdle at Falcons (1 p.m. ET, Fox): Dowdle wasn’t great last week, but he still put up 15.3 fantasy points in a bad loss to the Saints. He’s in a smash spot this week though, as the veteran faces a Falcons defense that has allowed a league-high eight touchdowns and the most points per game to running backs since Week 7. In that time, two runners have beaten their defense for more than 39 points. Quinshon Judkins vs. Ravens (4:25 p.m.

ET, CBS): Judkins had a modest stat line last week, scoring 10.5 fantasy points despite a good matchup against the Jets. I’m sticking with the rookie though, as he faces another plus matchup against the Ravens. Their run defense has allowed nine running backs to beat them for 12-plus points, and the position has averaged a solid 4.7 yards per carry against them. Rachaad White at Bills (1 p.m. ET, CBS): Admittedly, White has not been great in his last three games, scoring a combined 26.9 fantasy points. I’m still going to start him this week while Bucky Irving remains out of action against the Bills.

Their run defense has allowed the eighth-most points per game to runners since Week 7, and four have beaten them for at least 12.5 fantasy points in their last five contests. Week 11 is underway, bringing fantasy managers another round of crucial start/sit decisions. These are my biggest stands and fades at every position heading into Sunday’s slate. You might not like it, but this is what peak streaming looks like. Brissett has at least two passing touchdowns in all four starts this year. His lowest yardage total of the season is 258.

Brissett is the QB10 over the past four weeks. Now he faces a San Francisco defense that ranks 28th in EPA per passing play allowed. The 49ers are giving up the 10th-most fantasy points to opposing passers this year. If you need a streaming QB2, Brissett is your man. The Seahawks are generally a tough matchup for quarterbacks, primarily because of how much havoc their defensive line creates. Seattle’s defense ranks fifth in pressure rate and sixth in sack conversion rate.
