Michigan football does a better job of retaining its players than most, but there will still be transfers.

Here are the Wolverines who are set to enter the transfer portal, as well as those who've pledged to join new coach Kyle Whittingham as part of his first squad in Ann Arbor. The redshirt sophomore had 48 tackles, including 17½ for loss (tied for best in the country), 11½ sacks, two forced fumbles and a pass breakup in 11 games before a season-ending injry.
