Kirk was shot and killed during an event at Utah Valley University on Wednesday. Two potential suspects were detained that day but were later released, sparking a two-day manhunt. The FBI, which was assisting with the probe, released video footage late Thursday showing a man running across the roof of a building and then jumping off the side. The agency also said it recovered a rifle believed to be used in the shooting and shared photos of a person of interest.
