With your feedback, I can curate my content to suit your interests. One of the main questions I get from potential law firm clients is about the cost.

How much will it cost to hire your firm? The answer depends on the type of case. My firm, The Lipp Law Firm, PC, helps clients with employment law (employer and employee), business law, and civil litigation throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (the "DMV" area). ➡️For litigation, we charge our hourly rates, which range from $400-500 depending on the attorney, and require an evergreen retainer deposit. This evergreen retainer deposit stays in our trust account throughout the representation, and either gets applied to the last bill, or returned to the client. Our litigation retainers tend to run between $5-10K.

We collect a payment method on file and charge the amounts owed monthly. ➡️For employer-side employment law and business law, we provide several flat fee options. We also work off of hourly rates and retainer... ➡️For employee-side matters, we offer multiple payment arrangements, depending on the strength of the case. We also offer flat fee consultations, contract reviews, and hourly work if the scope is not suitable for a flat fee, such as with unpredictable litigation or negotiations.
