We provide coaching, technical assistance and professional development for child care providers in King and Pierce Counties so they can develop and improve the quality of their care for all children. Children 0-12 in need of child care, licensed child care providers and Family, Friend and Neighbor care. Referrals to child care free to anyone seeking care in WA state. Subsidy eligibility varies, please speak to a Referral Specialist to see if you qualify for help in paying for child care.

In partnership with the City of Seattle’s Department of Education and Early Learning (DEEL), SPP helps prepare 3 and 4-year-olds for kindergarten and beyond, while offering tuition assistance, family financial assistance, and health screenings.
