2025 Nfl Mock Draft Latest Round 1 Projections For All 32 Teams 3 Qbs
The 2024 NFL season is over, which means it’s time for another 2025 NFL mock draft. Now that all 32 NFL fanbases are more interested in which players can help them in the 2025 NFL Draft, we project who each team will select with their first-round draft pick on April... Ahead of the NFL Combine in Indianapolis at the end of February, which will have a significant influence on rising and falling prospects, our latest 2025 NFL mock draft examines what all 32 teams... The Tennessee Titans can’t pass on that, especially since this quarterback class is underwhelming, to say the least.
Hunter can thrive under the tutelage of Titans defensive coordinator Dennard Wilson – once a renowned defensive backs coach and Tennessee can run with a veteran QB (Aaron Rodgers) to start in 2025 and... There are just 17 days until the 2025 NFL Draft and with pro days complete and evaluations in the books -- you can read my write-ups from the Colorado Showcase and the Ohio State,... Unlike a year ago, when six quarterbacks went in the top 12, only two go in Round 1 here with another five going on Day 2. Meanwhile, 14 defensive tackles and another 15 edge rushers go off the board in arguably the deepest defensive line class in recent memory.
And finally, there's one trade -- I have the Bears moving up for a blue-chip edge rusher and the Patriots moving down to stockpile picks and help out their young QB. I love what New England is able to do in this three-round mock, and I also like the players who fell to San Francisco, Dallas and Kansas City, in particular. I suspect some fans of those teams might disagree, but that's OK too. Predicting the first round of the NFL Draft is a futile exercise. The “best” mock drafts have a hit rate lower than Anthony Richardson's completion percentage, which probably explains why so many are floating about.
Here, we won’t be trying to predict the future of the 2025 NFL Draft. Instead, we will be doing an NFL mock draft to make all of you, the fans, happy. If you’re a fan of the Washington Commanders, Cleveland Browns, Las Vegas Raiders, or New York Jets, you’ve likely become more accustomed to watching NFL Draft highlights that could be used in a what... Here, we will try to make as many of the 32 NFL fan bases as happy as possible by giving their team exactly what they need. It’s more of a "what should happen" mock draft, if you will. Now, there’s no way to make everyone happy.
The reason it's impossible to do that is because fans are not rational, and often, they're not honest. I have Packer friends who are die-hard fans and insist Romeo Doubs is a good receiver. Those same guys expected Allen Lazard to gain 1,000 yards in 2022. No, we won’t be able to make everyone happy, but we will try. Here’s a two-round mock draft, with trades based on what should make each fan base happy… or not. Here's to hoping!
1. Tennessee Titans - Edge, Abdul Carter, Penn State NFL comparisons come with any pre-draft evaluation of prospects. The 2025 class is no exception, regardless of position. Likening players entering the league to players already in the league gives a better understanding of what kind of talent a team will get — good or bad. From floor to ceiling, here's looking at Sporting News' first-round projections based on NFL veterans past and present:
The Titans are hoping they finally have their second coming off the best QB in franchise history, Steve McNair, as Ward's size, arm strength, and mobility have some recalling their late one-time MVP. Other big mobile types, such as Ben Roethlisberger and Daunte Culpepper, have been thrown out as Ward comps, but in the modern game, Ward has a high ceiling, to the point he can push... Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado (6-1, 212 pounds) Daniel Flick’s predictions: Mock draft 1.0 | Mock draft 2.0 | Mock draft 3.0 | Mock draft 4.0 | Mock draft 5.0 | Mock draft 6.0 | On SI Mock draft 1.0 We’re through the NFL scouting combine, and free agency isn’t over yet, save for a few big-name quarterbacks and older receivers. Pro days are also taking place, so it’s a good time to revisit the mock draft board and see where things stand regarding team needs.
This is how our network of On SI publishers and reporters see the first round playing out. Unlike last year, when we had a run on quarterbacks in the top half of the draft, this year will be heavy on the offensive and defensive lines, running backs and tight ends. Still, there are a few quarterbacks sprinkled in throughout the first round, so let’s dive in. The Titans have indicated that they’re going after a quarterback in the NFL draft. And as time moves on, Ward is separating himself from the pack. The Titans finally get their franchise signal-caller.
—Noah Strackbein, Titans On SI The pick: Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado The Philadelphia Eagles put a bow on the 2024 NFL season and playoffs with a 40-22 Super Bowl 59 win over the Kansas City Chiefs. Now, all 32 NFL teams will shift into offseason mode (though Philadelphia's decision-makers will likely bask in the glory of their victory for at least the week following the Super Bowl). First up will be NFL free agency, but the 2025 NFL draft won't be too long after. NFL front offices and scouts have already been grinding plenty of tape while keeping an eye on top prospects at the Shrine Bowl and Senior Bowl.
Soon, they will get more data about the prospects at the NFL scouting combine as they map out their strategies for the first round and beyond. How could the first 32 picks of the 2025 NFL draft look? Here's a look at several mock draft predictions for the first round as NFL draftniks start to ramp-up their pre-draft coverage. Here are what experts are saying about every first-round pick in the 2025 NFL draft following Super Bowl Sunday: The 2024 NFL season is drawing to a close with the football world now turning its attention toward the 2025 NFL Draft. This year’s class is particularly intriguing because it lacks depth and premier talent at positions like wide receiver and cornerback, but the pre-draft process will create plenty of risers and fallers.
Our latest 2025 NFL mock draft takes you through our latest Round 1 projections for all 32 teams. With the offseason underway, we’ve also included a few trades in our 2025 NFL Draft mock so let’s dive in. By keeping general manager Joe Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll, the New York Giants put themselves in a position where they must take a quarterback. A GM with his job at stake will be more aggressive, even if it means sacrificing future draft assets. So, New York gets aggressive here. Cam Ward offers superior physical tools compared to Shedeur Sanders and he seems to be the preferred QB for Tyrone Tracy Jr.
