The 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin has concluded. Helluva a turnout from NFL fans. 205,000 on Thursday night! Without further ado, here are my draft grades for all 32 NFL teams: Two of their biggest needs were Defensive Line and Cornerback and they attacked those holes in the first two rounds with Ole Miss DT Walter Nolen and Michigan CB Will Johnson. They didn't however address Wide Receiver.

Marvin Harrison Jr. should continue to grow and develop in year two, and Michael Wilson is a nice piece, but Zay Jones is WR3, so would've liked to see them attack that area in the Draft. Jalon Walker is an outstanding pick at #15. I thought he was a top 10 guy myself. But then to come back into the 1st and give up NEXT YEAR'S 1st is pure lunacy. Especially when you do it for an 245 lbs.

Xavier Watts is a decent pick in Round 3, but they also only had one pick after Round 4 and it was in the 7th Round. The Ravens have always been one of the most well run teams in the NFL and that has continued even after longtime GM Ozzie Newsome left with Eric DeCosta. They get Georgia's stud Safety Malaki Starks in Round 1and follow it up with Marshall EDGE Mike Green in Round 2, a player most prognosticators had going in Round 1.

Baltimore needed more Corner depth and they took CB Bilhal Kone out of Western Michigan and CB Robert Longerbeam out of Rutgers and both have a legit chance to make the team. The Ravens also drafted Justin Tucker's replacement in Round 6 with Arizona Kicker Tyler Loop which is an underrated move. After three marathon days, the 2025 NFL Draft is complete, which means it is time to immediately analyze all the selections. After spending months speculating about potential picks, it's only right that we give snap judgments for the decisions of all 32 teams, right? That's what you'll get below. These were written and constantly updated during the draft, as the picks came flowing in from Thursday evening through Saturday.

The grades for the individual picks from Round 1 were courtesy of Pete Prisco. The grades for picks in Round 2 through Round 5 were mine, and Josh Edwards provided the individual pick grades for the sixth and seventh rounds. The Cardinals have gone to extreme lengths to improve the defense this offseason, and that theme continued in the draft. Nolen has immense upside as a pass rusher, and Johnson was probably picked at the proper value in the second round. Both are youthful, splash-play creators. Burch was a strange selection in Round 3, as he's somewhat of a tweener who looks the part yet was hardly productive in any one area at Oregon.

Simon can command the middle of the defense in time, and Burke represents quality depth at cornerback later. The NFL Draft brings newfound hope to all teams around the league, as each team drafts players whom they have incredibly high hopes for. It is way too early to judge these players as professionals because, as of now, they are just prospects. Players develop at different rates, and their pre-draft status can be proven right or wrong over time.

Even so, after three days of drafting, it became pretty clear which teams had good drafts and which teams didn't. Here are the draft grades for all 32 NFL teams. The Arizona Cardinals improved their defense by selecting defensive players with each of their first five draft picks. The team took talented defensive tackle Walter Nolen in the first round before ending Will Johnson's draft fall in the second round. Heading into the 2024 NCAA season, Johnson was mocked as a top-five prospect. The cornerback from Michigan who has a national championship to his name didn't do anything on tape to warrant sliding down draft boards.

Instead, he fell because of medical concerns and an underwhelming 40-yard dash time. Production trumps measurements, though, and if the knee holds up, then Johnson could be the steal of the draft. Pass rushing was the Falcons' biggest need in the 2025 NFL Draft, and they more than addressed it. The team took Jalon Walker – arguably the top edge rusher in the class – 15th overall before trading back into the first round for James Pearce Jr. Pearce was arguably the top prospect in the nation coming into the 2024 NCAA season. Although he fell down big boards throughout the course of Tennessee's season, he still has sky-high potential.

The Falcons only get a B- grade because trading a second-round pick and their 2026 first round-pick was a hefty price to pay for Pearce. Plus, the Falcons only made three more selections after adding their new pass rushing duo. Immediate draft grades provide a foundation for future evaluations. Waiting three years to assess draft classes without accounting for how the decision was viewed at the time usually leads to revisionist history. These 2025 NFL Draft snap grades reflect the value I think each pick (or set of picks) has, given the slot and the prospect's college film/athleticism scores. Trades, and the capital exchanged (both picks and players), are factored into these grades, too, as they also play a significant part in determining the future of a franchise.

The draft has come and gone, and franchises have changed their 2025 outlook. Many teams did a solid job of addressing needs and finding solid value in this year’s draft. Below are my grades for the 2025 NFL Draft in alphabetical order. I liked Arizona’s draft. They drafted DT Walter Nolin at 1.16 and then got great value at 2.15 by selecting CB Will Johnson, who was projected as a first-rounder. The Cardinals focused on building up the defensive side of the football.

Will Johnson will immediately come in and should start, and Nolin should be able to make an impact very early on. The Cardinals are a team on the rise in the NFC West. The Falcons were also on a mission to improve the defensive side of the football. I loved that they aggressively drafted two impactful players, LB Jalon Walker and Edge James Pearce Jr, but I did not like trading away a future first-round pick. I understand the Falcons are pushing in their chips to win now, but a future first in the NFL is like gold. Atlanta also found great value in the third round by drafting safety Xavier Watts out of Notre Dame.

The Falcons are on their way in the NFC South. Grading a draft immediately after it concludes is akin to giving your compliments to the chef before the meal has been served. Sure, the food might sound good (or bad) based on the ingredients listed on the menu, but the true evaluation won't come until after the product has been tested. It will take at least three years before we can truly assess how the 32 NFL teams fared over the weekend. But what is readily apparent is the different approaches that were taken, from going for the best available talent to focusing on team needs to gambling on long-term potential, sometimes amid character concerns. Adding splashy defensive tackle Walter Nolen in the first round was an ideal final touch to a masterful offseason dedicated to improving Arizona's front.

Nolen has some boom or bust to him, but the talent is undeniable and Jonathan Gannon's proven ability to develop defenders makes him an intriguing investment. If healthy, cornerback Will Johnson offers top-10 talent at a discount price as the No. 47 overall pick. Jordan Burch is an intriguing talent who could pop in Gannon's scheme, as well. While I'm excited for all the improvements made to Arizona's defense in this draft, I question if enough was done to upgrade the offensive line, tempering my enthusiasm for this group, overall. There is something to be said for approaching a draft with clear-cut goals and addressing those needs.
