A new video released by the FBI has shown the alleged shooter in Charlie Kirk's murder running across the roof of a school building, and eventually going into the wooded area near the university,... Mr Kirk, a 31-year-old political commentator on the Republican right who harnessed surging youth support for US President Donald Trump, was shot dead while addressing a large crowd at Utah Valley University on Wednesday. Police say they believe the shooter fired a single bullet from a rooftop up to 180m away, hitting Mr Kirk in the neck. The FBI said the suspect is seen jumping from the rooftop of a building after the shooting. Around 12pm local time on Wednesday, the suspect climbed up to a rooftop, after Mr Kirk was shot and then jumped off and ran away. Utah authorities have released CCTV footage showing the Charlie Kirk shooting suspect fleeing the scene at Utah Valley University.

The video shows a figure dressed in black running across a roof before dropping down to the ground and fleeing towards a wooded area.
