Students enrolled part-time or full-time in a degree-granting program or an academic course of study conducted by the university are permitted to download, install, activate, and use this software for university academic purposes. This includes students enrolled at the University of Utah Asia Campus. International Study Abroad students are not eligible for this software. Full-time faculty and staff who are employed by the university are permitted to download, install, activate, and use this software on personally owned or leased devices.

The software may be used only for work-related nonprofit/noncommercial instructional, academic teaching and/or academic research purposes. This includes faculty and staff employed at the University of Utah Asia Campus. Part-time employees and adjunct faculty can request access by sending email to classhelp@utah.edu with your name, uNID, the product needed (Adobe Express or Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps Pro), and a justification for your... Students are eligible to purchase, install or use this software on personally owned or leased computers and the software must ONLY be used for teaching and non-commercial academic research purposes. Students can access this software via installations on university owned or leased computers at department computer labs. Students whose primary campus is the University of Utah Asia Campus are not eligible to purchase, install or use this software except when enrolled in and attending classes in North America. Faculty and Staff are NOT eligible to purchase, install or use this license type on personally owned or leased computers under our existing software license agreement. The portal replaces the OSL store, which was accessed via the “Shop for software” button on the OSL website. Faculty and staff may access the new portal using that button or the “Go to the OSL store” button on OSL’s Software Store landing page.
