Robinson has been charged with multiple crimes, including one count of aggravated murder, which is a capital felony.
If convicted, Robinson could face the death penalty — a sentence that Gray said he plans to pursue. “I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently as county attorney based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime,” Gray said.
