At age 44 he led all NFL quarterbacks in passing yards, attempts, completions and touchdowns. Multiple reports Saturday said Brady was retiring, but he did not comment until Monday on his "Let's Go" podcast, saying he's "still going through the process" of making a decision. "When the time's right, I'll be ready to make a decision one way or the other," he added. He declined to give a timeline for a decision.

He added a seventh Super Bowl championship along the way. After five years away from the NFL, Rivers is back with the Indianapolis Colts. His first possible appearance comes Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks. Brady's response starts with a joke: "Who retires, then unretires, and ultimately retires again.

Who does that? It's ridiculous," he said on "The Herd." "Good for him. I'm happy he's doing it," he added. "I'm very excited to watch Philip play, because if he's out there, it's really cool. It speaks to how much he loves the game."
