I have submitted a formal complaint to Citizens Advice UK and plan to escalate the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I’m also in the process of requesting a chargeback through my bank.Extremely disappointing experience. I strongly advise others to avoid this company. Great program, tripled my reading speed no cap.
