NEW YORK (AP) — Top prospects Cam Ward, Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter will attend next week's NFL draft in person. The league announced on Monday that 17 players have been confirmed to attend the draft in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The draft will be held from April 24-26, with Ward, Hunter and Carter the favorites to be selected with the top three picks, according to BetMGM. Ward, the former Miami star, will be joined by two other quarterbacks at the draft with Ole Miss's Jaxson Dart and Alabama's Jalen Milroe also set to attend. Colorado's Shedeur Sanders, who is projected to be the second quarterback taken in the draft, will not be in attendance. Milroe will be joined by two Crimson Tide teammates with linebacker Jihaad Campbell and guard Tyler Booker also accepting invitations.

Two other schools will have multiple players attending the draft in person with Michigan sending defensive tackle Mason Graham and cornerback Will Johnson and Georgia sending defensive end Mykel Williams and safety Malaki Starks. The other players who are confirmed to attend the draft are LSU tackle Will Campbell, Texas receiver Matthew Golden, Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty, Arizona receiver Tetairoa McMillan, Ohio State tackle Josh Simmons,... With just weeks to go until the 2025 NFL Draft, sportsbooks have started to weigh in, releasing betting odds on the prospects likely to come off the board first. While mock drafts offer educated guesses and scouting analysis, the odds market adds another layer of intrigue by reflecting how oddsmakers — and bettors — expect the early picks to unfold. In this exercise, we take the current betting favorites and project how the top half of Round 1 could play out if those odds hold true. Some selections align closely with the PFF big board and our Mock Draft Simulator, while others highlight where public perception and betting momentum may differ from traditional evaluations.

Let’s dive into a mini mock draft based on the latest draft odds. NFL Draft Big Board | Mock Draft Simulator | NCAA Premium Stats2025 PFF Draft Guide | Mock Draft Hub | Prospect Data ProfilesDraft Position Rankings As with Caleb Williams last year, it now appears all but certain that Cam Ward will be selected No. 1 overall. With odds on some sportsbooks as high as -20000, we can safely pencil Ward in as the draft’s top pick. While the Titans were reportedly engaged in trade talks earlier in the cycle, recent reports suggest they’re likely to move forward with Ward as their new franchise quarterback.

The 2025 NFL season starts in just a few days, and with it comes a slew of rookie debuts. Quarterback Cam Ward is confirmed as the Week 1 starter in Tennessee, while Jaxson Dart and Tyler Shough wait in the wings in New York and New Orleans, respectively. Star rookie running backs like Ashton Jeanty, Omarion Hampton and TreVeyon Henderson are poised to make big splashes. And on the other side of the ball, defenders like Abdul Carter and Jahdae Barron will line up against veteran stars after much-hyped preseasons. Here's our guide to everything you need to know about the 2025 rookie class. NFL draft analysts Matt Miller and Jordan Reid start by naming early Offensive and Defensive Rookie of the Year contenders (including their ESPN BET odds to win).

Then Miller picks five under-the-radar players to watch, and Reid sizes up the top QBs. With a lack of pass-catching options for veteran quarterback Geno Smith outside of tight end Brock Bowers and receivers Amari Cooper and Jakobi Meyers (who just requested a trade), Jeanty could quickly become a... He finished his three-year career at Boise State with 80 catches for 862 yards and six touchdowns, so he should have an impact there.

Written by Garret Greenlee, adapted by Jonathan Krone We’re halfway through the 2025 season, and teams are already doing self-evaluation, up to and including firing coaches and benching players. For many of these teams, the picks they made in 2025 bear heavily on the team’s futures. The top 16 picks should be high-level starters and contribute right away. Given that, let’s evaluate and grade the top 16 picks in the draft and see how these teams feel about the guys they added in the most recent draft. Nov 3, 2025; Arlington, Texas, USA; Arizona Cardinals defensive tackle Walter Nolen III (97) walks off the field after the game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals at AT&T Stadium. Mandatory Credit: Jerome Miron-Imagn Images The Arizona Cardinals selected Walter Nolen with the 16th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, and at the time of this article’s release, Walter Nolen has only played in one NFL game, which... Nolen started the season on the PUP list due to a calf injury, and in his lone NFL game, he made a big impact. He had 4 total tackles, 2 TFL’s, a sack and a pass deflection and played a big part in the Cardinals’ win. Unfortunately, this grade will be incomplete as he only played 37 snaps – and I don’t think that’s enough of a sample size to grade – but if Cardinals fans want a grade on...

Right, thanks for joining us tonight for the first round of the NFL Draft - read our report on an enthralling first day and stay tuned to the BBC Sport website and app for... And here's a reminder of the full first round of picks made on Thursday in Green Bay. Wow, we had some drama there, after starting the night with all 32 teams holding their own first round draft pick for the first time in history, we had a blockbuster move for Travis... Cam Ward went to the Titans with the first pick as expected, with the New York Giants picking up star edge rusher Abdul Carter then trading back into the first round for quarterback Jaxson... That meant a huge snub for Shedeur Sanders, who will now have to sit and wait for the second and third rounds on Saturday to see where his NFL home will be. The 2025 NFL Draft is now one day away.

The NFL Scouting Combine, all-star events, Pro Days and 30 visits all led to this moment. The work done to evaluate eligible prospects is complete and all that is left is to make the picks. In an effort to pull back the curtain and provide fans with an early glimpse at when those players may come off the board, CBSSports.com has compiled its prospect rankings one final time. The big board below is a compilation of individual prospect rankings by Ryan Wilson, Chris Trapasso, Mike Renner and I. The presumptive No. 1 overall selection, Miami quarterback Cam Ward, is the No.

3 overall prospect in the final rankings. Colorado's Travis Hunter has been forecast as both a cornerback and wide receiver. The league has not seen a player capable of playing positions on both sides of the ball at a high level. Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter is the oft-mentioned prospect in line with Hunter when discussing the blue-chip talents available in this draft class. The other prospect that is held in similar regard is Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty; the one and only running back prospect in the top-25 overall. Positional value may not carry him into the Top-5 overall, but there is a small sampling of prospects better at their respective positions than Jeanty.

It is interesting that the 2025 NFL Draft is not regarded as being particularly strong at offensive tackle and yet three found their way into the top-10 overall. One of the other interesting takeaways is that Missouri wide receiver Luther Burden was able to combat the public narrative that he is sliding down boards. Burden is the second highest rated wide receiver behind Arizona's Tetairoa McMillan and ahead of Texas' Matthew Golden, Ohio State's Emeka Egbuka. The most well-presented group are the edge rushers with five. Notably absent were Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders and Penn State tight end Tyler Warren. ▶ Follow live updates on the 2025 NFL Draft

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — Cam Ward, Travis Hunter, Abdul Carter and 12 other prospects will walk the red carpet at Lambeau Field before going backstage at the NFL draft theater to wait for their name to... All their hard work paid off. It’s time to enjoy the moment before joining their new teams to work even harder. “I think a lot us prospects had a big dream and we’re accomplishing it right now,” Ward said. “Not a lot of people get this opportunity and I’m going to make the most of mine.”

Ward shouldn’t wait long. The Tennessee Titans are poised to select the Miami quarterback with the No. 1 overall pick. Hunter, the two-way star and Heisman Trophy winner from Colorado, is likely heading to the Cleveland Browns with the second pick. Carter, a premier edge rusher out of Penn State, is a favorite to go third to the New York Giants but that’s not guaranteed. It's the front office that has taken center stage at present, with a number of trade rumours capturing the attention.

Myles Garrett was the man making front-page news, demanding a trade from the Cleveland Browns before completing a shocking U-turn and penning the biggest non-QB contract in history. Then, the Los Angeles Rams decided they fancied the spotlight as they announced that superstar wide receiver Cooper Kupp - the man who won them the Super Bowl three years ago - would be... All of that goes without mentioning the upcoming NFL Draft. The annual extravaganza will be getting underway on April 24th at Lambeau Field, home of the Packers. And there are plenty of talking points heading into the spectacle. The Tennessee Titans are scheduled to be at the top of the board, and given their dismal 3-14 record last season, they're in desperate need of a franchise-defining pick.

Websites offering sports betting online make them a mighty +15000 outsider for the Lombardi next season, the joint longest odds of anybody. However, marquee selections have drastically altered the direction of a franchise in years gone by. Just look at the Washington Commanders with Jayden Daniels last season. Whether they stay at No. 1 and select a quarterback, solidify their defense with Carter, or even trade down could dramatically alter the outcome of the draft. Mock drafts suggest a trade is possible, as quarterback-starved teams like the New York Giants or Cleveland Browns eye the top pick.

But who is it that the bookies expect to be selected in the coveted spot?
