Students and alumni can access unofficial transcripts on demand in DuckWeb. If you attended the UO prior to fall 1986, you will not have an unofficial transcript. Current and former students may request official transcripts in printed or electronic form for a fee. Electronic transcripts are usually sent the same day while printed transcripts take several days due to mailing. Order transcripts or check the status of your transcript request: Overnight/Expedited International via FedEx

Students may request notarized official transcripts for $25. Notarized transcripts are only available through standard domestic and international mailing and are processed within a week. For catalogs prior to the academic years listed above, please use the catalog request form. Please be specific and limit your request to 10–15 courses. Education records are those records directly related to a student maintained by the university or by a party acting for the university.

Students have some control of who accesses their education records. The UO will not release non-directory records unless given explicit permission by the student. A student may submit a consent to release education records to share information with family, sponsors, employers, or other parties. Students who wish to have written or verbal references or recommendations from UO faculty or staff must do so in writing. Information about a student's academic or work performance is considered non-directory information and cannot be released without the signed, written consent of the student according to the University of Oregon Student Records Policy. Students can complete an authorization-to-release form when requesting references/recommendations.

A student may request to review their education records in writing by sending a written request with their full name, UO ID number, and the specific information about what they would like to review. In some cases, the UO will be required to release education records when a law and/or court order requires the release without the student's consent.
