Email support for the platform will also end at the same time as the service is shut down. The dedicated site has so far been the central point of contact for official information on Microsoft licenses.

In addition to general knowledge about licenses and sales channels of the Microsoft portfolio, there is also in-depth material for individual areas such as Azure or Cloud Solutions Provider. Each of the more than 50 modules consists of learning videos, reference documents and a final exam for the certificate. The software company is making the entire content of the previous portal available on a new Microsoft subpage. In the future, Microsoft also promises AI-supported functions that will complement the new training platform and improve user retention and learning success.
