This is the first logo upon Logopedia's founding on June 21, 2009 by Alxeedo111. This logo detaches the "L" from the "P". This logo had to be retired because of Wikia's new skin, which forces Wikis to have a wordmark's maximum size of 250×65 pixels. Used from July 2010 to October 26, 2013. When Wikia implemented a new skin across its site, Logopedia needed a new logo. Initially, Logopedia used the default blue text for a short time which was used from October 9 to October 31, 2010.

At the time, the American clothing chain Gap had introduced a much criticized new logo. Logopedia joined in the mockery by adopting a parody of the new Gap logo, consisting of the name written with Helvetica Neue with a blue square next to it. The new Gap logo turned out be short lived, and the company soon switched back to its old logo. Logopedia also later switched to a parody of the previous Gap logo after about a week. You can edit almost every page by Creating an account and confirming your email. Logopedia is an encyclopedia hosted on Fandom which contains the history of various logos such as websites, television channels, and companies.

Each article on Logopedia consists of all of a company/work's logos, as well as logo variations, basic information about the company/work, and related miscellanous images (such as screen bugs or idents). Logopedia was created on June 21, 2009 by Alxeedo111. In 2020, the wiki reached 100,000 articles and then 150,000 articles in 2024. On its main page, Logopedia maintains a column which tracks new logo changes from around the world. The main page currently includes recent logos from the current month, and the two months that precede it. Older entries are archived in the Archive page.

Adding a logo to the newsticker is easy. Click the [Edit] link next to the section header and copy the following template. In the text field you write a short descriptive text. The text should be very brief, and the relevant article should be linked and in bold. In the image field you put the filename of the image you want to include. Don't include the "File:" prefix!

The preset image width is 100 pixels, and should never exceed this. If the logo has greater height that width, there is an option to alter its size with the "width=" option. This logo was selected as the winner of the 2006 Wikicities logo contest. On February 7, 2007, Wikicities was renamed as Wikia. The previous logo design was used for a short time, albeit with the new name, it would be short-lived. The "i"s in the wordmark are amended to look like square brackets, an element commonly used in editing on Wikia to link to URLs or articles.

The 2007 logo was modified with a different bolder typeface and was revealed on October 5, 2011, and later launched on March 20, 2012. From the Fandom launch, until a new logo was introduced, it was still used as a secondary logo. Until November 2021, this logo was also still used on Wikia.org. Wikia had first launched Fandom as a sub brand on January 25, 2016. The logo consisted of a geometric heart outlined with a green and blue gradient, with the word "fandom" in a modified version of Croogla 4F font. In September 2016, it was speculated that the entire Wikia platform would be rebranded under the Fandom name.

Logopedia's theme pages are collections of logos based on similar appearances and other traits. The theme pages appear regularly on the main page, known as the Theme of the Day. When creating a new theme, the page should contain a minimum of twelve images.
