Additionally, many of our milestone celebrations, polls, and surveys required multiple platforms, making these processes inefficient and time-consuming. With Doozy: Streamlining team bonding and milestonesBy adopting Doozy, we consolidated several tools into one platform. This improved cross-departmental communication, created more seamless workflows for milestone celebrations, and simplified how we run team bonding activities. The biggest success story has been our Muck Rack Olympics, which was our most attended and highest-rated event of the year.

Over 150 teammates across all departments participated over three weeks, helping to drive engagement and build stronger connections. Doozy’s tools made the event easy to manage and provided a seamless experience for participants. I’m so excited to share this case study from one of Doozy’s earliest partners, Muck Rack, and reflect on the incredible journey of working with Katie Selman.
