The person, dressed in all black, is then seen climbing down from the building. Authorities say they got some DNA from his palms and they confirmed he was wearing Converse shoes. The video shows him running off and Utah DPS said the video helped them recover a rifle in a wooded area nearby. “We truly hope this video will lead to more tips,” said Utah Gov.
