Fantasy Football Start Sit Week 11 Tre Tucker For The Win
Sunday is coming up, which brings another week of fantasy managers having to make some tough decisions in their fantasy lineups. Two borderline plays at the WR position for the majority of the season have been Denver Broncos WR Troy Franklin and Las Vegas Raiders WR Tre Tucker. Here is a breakdown on who to start and sit between the two in week 11 of fantasy football. In his first week as the WR1 for the Las Vegas Raiders, Tre Tucker had an extremely disappointing game. Against the Denver Broncos, he had two receptions on three targets for 28 yards. This is the fifth game out of nine this year where Tucker has recorded fewer than 40 receiving yards.
The Broncos do have a high-level secondary, as they have allowed the sixth fewest passing yards per game this season. In week 11, Tucker will have a better matchup, as he and the Raiders will take on the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night. The Cowboys this season are giving up the fourth-most passing yards per game. They have given up several big performances to opposing WRs this season, including one in their latest contest. Marvin Harrison Jr. in the Cowboys’ last game had 96 receiving yards on seven receptions and a touchdown.
He is the third WR in the last five games against the Cowboys to have over 70 receiving yards and a touchdown. In PPR formats, Dallas is allowing the most fantasy points per game to the WR position. Denver Broncos WR2, Troy Franklin, keeps stacking solid fantasy outings together. Last week against the Las Vegas Raiders, he had five receptions for 40 receiving yards and a touchdown. He also had nine targets in this game. It is the fourth consecutive game where he has had eight or more targets, and it is also the third game out of four where he has had a touchdown.
This week, Franklin and the Broncos will be taking on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs this year are allowing the seventh fewest passing yards per game. Within this, their play has been elite recently. They have held WRs under 55 yards or less in the last three games, and have allowed just one TD to the WR position as a whole over that stretch. On the year in PPR fantasy formats, they are also allowing the sixth fewest passing yards per game. The fantasy playoffs are fast approaching, and lineup decisions are getting tougher.

Jacoby Brissett keeps churning out points. Should I start Quentin Johnston, Tre Tucker, Parker Washington for Week 11? Fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks and recommendations for the 2025 NFL season. It's generally easier to find startable wide receivers in fantasy football in the later rounds of the drafts or on waivers. But it's a bit harder to predict how they'll play compared to a team's starting running back, which doesn't help. Looking to their matchups, how they've played recently, how their offense is doing as a whole, and other factors can help you get a better idea of how they'll play, though.
That's why analysis is important. Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Quentin Johnston, Las Vegas Raiders wideout Tre Tucker, and Jacksonville Jaguars WR Parker Washington (hamstring) are three WRs you might consider starting this week. But should you? Let's dive in. After what looked like a breakout effort in the first few weeks that would lead into a league-winning season from Johnston (shin), he quickly fell back down to earth in his subsequent games. By that I mean he scored just 6.9 PPR fantasy points in Week 5, sat out in Week 6 due to injury, and put up a goose egg in Week 8.

Quarterback | Running Back | Wide Receiver | Tight End Josh Allen | Buffalo BillsThe Bills have dropped three of their last five, including an ugly loss to Miami in Week 10, yet Josh Allen still posted a top-10 fantasy finish. Tied with Patrick Mahomes for QB1 in points per game, Allen remains nearly matchup-proof. Tampa Bay ranks fifth against QBs since Week 6 and just held Drake Maye to his worst completion rate of the year, but Buffalo carries the highest implied team total of Week 11. Allen’s ceiling remains elite. Lamar Jackson | Baltimore RavensStill ramping up after a three-game hamstring absence, Lamar Jackson has just 50 rushing yards on 14 carries over the last two games.
Cleveland ranks seventh against QBs, making this another tough spot. But with Baltimore fighting for playoff position and Jackson regaining rhythm, his dual-threat ceiling is unmatched. Here’s a look back at Week 10’s action and fantasy advice for the week ahead: Broncos 10, Raiders 7: Tre Tucker is Las Vegas’ WR1 with Jakobi Meyers in Jacksonville, even though it didn’t look like it against Denver. Through 10 weeks, Tucker is the overall WR27 in standard formats (WR31 in PPR). Tyler Lockett doubled Tucker’s three targets against the Broncos, but even Brock Bowers only received three targets in a terribly boring Thursday night matchup.
Both Tucker and Lockett are viable options this week against the Cowboys who are allowing the most fantasy points to wide receivers this season. Colts 31, Falcons 25 (OT): Jonathan Taylor continued his incredible season overseas with 286 total yards, including 244 rushing yards, the second-most in his career, and three more touchdowns in the win at Berlin. It was Taylor’s fifth game with three total TDs this season, which ties him with Marshall Faulk (2000) and Chuck Foreman (1975) for second all time. LaDainian Tomlinson holds the record with six games in 2006 when Tomlinson scored an NFL-record 31 TDs. Bears 24, Giants 20: Caleb Williams ran for 63 yards on eight carries, including the game-winning TD in the come-from-behind win. Williams has at least 53 rushing yards or a rushing TD in four games this season, which is a big reason why he’s the overall QB9 through 10 weeks.
Dolphins 30, Bills 13: Keon Coleman had three receptions for 46 yards and a TD on eight targets in the blowout loss at Miami. Coleman has three-or-fewer receptions in seven of his last eight games. It was his most targets and yards since Week 1. The second-year receiver is Buffalo’s No. 1 wideout by snaps, but he remains a boom-or-bust candidate until further notice. Let’s take a look at some of the players with the largest standard deviation between high and low expert ranks in FantasyPros’ expert consensus rankings (ECR).
Which players are the safest starts, and who poses the biggest risk to your fantasy football lineup in Week 11? Jameis Winston is officially the Giants’ Week 11 starter, but is he worthy of being a starter in your fantasy lineup? Winston can absolutely sink your week or single-handedly win it. Looking at Winston’s 2024 numbers, his floor was a two-point fantasy performance against Kansas City, while his ceiling was a 35-point performance against Denver. He’s the purest definition of a risky start at quarterback, with the potential to finish as an overall QB1 or somehow finish outside of the top 32, even with multiple teams on bye. This decision would be easier if Winston had a more moderate defensive matchup, but the Giants face Green Bay this week.
Jalen Hurts had just 12 fantasy points last week against Green Bay. However, Jacoby Brissett, Joe Flacco and Dak Prescott have all had strong performances against the Packers. Winston’s weapons are a bit depleted, but we must trust Wan’Dale Robinson, Theo Johnson and Darius Slayton. With several borderline QB1s in bad matchups or underperforming, Winston is an interesting streaming option this week — a risky but high-upside play. Xavier Worthy’s recent underwhelming performances are tied to the return of Rashee Rice. However, his production had been disappointing even before Rice’s return, and 2025 as a whole has been a struggle.
Excluding the first game of the season, where he exited early, Worthy is averaging just 8.5 fantasy points in half PPR —WR47 over that span. Since Rice’s return, Worthy hasn’t finished inside the top 40 at wide receiver. To make matters worse, this week’s matchup is a major issue. Pat Surtain II has been out with an injury, but Denver’s defense has remained stout. Their tougher coverage tends to lean toward receivers with a higher average depth of target (aDOT) — meaning Worthy would likely see tougher coverage. Given the number of trustworthy streaming options emerging at wide receiver, Worthy is too risky a play this week and should be benched for better options.
