Allen and the rest of the Bills will be looking to make up for last week's performance in Week 11 when they host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Through 10 weeks in 2025, Tampa Bay has been a favorable matchup for opposing passing attacks.

The Bucs defense is a bottom-10 unit in terms of yards allowed per pass attempt (7.4). Tampa Bay has also generally been fairly stout against the run, which could force the Bills to turn to the air more often than they would typically like. If there's one area of concern for Allen's fantasy outlook, it's that he will be without one of his top receiving weapons in tight end Dalton Kincaid (hamstring). Still, Allen is a must-start fantasy quarterback in all league formats in Week 11. New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 25 of his 34 pass attempts for 281 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions during Thursday's Week 11 win over the New York Jets. He also took one sack and rushed for two yards.

The former No. 2 pick didn't have to go above and beyond on Thursday as the Patriots prioritized running the football to beat New York. Nevertheless, Maye still attempted 34 passes and improved his season completion rate by one-fifth of a percentage point. He continues to rank as the highest-scoring quarterback in fantasy football, and he has also propelled his team to sole possession of first place in the NFL standings. Fantasy managers should continue to view Maye as a high-end QB1 heading into Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Still trying to decide between Allen and Maye?

Check on the latest news to make sure both players are active and healthy. Our PPR projections show that Josh Allen is projected to score 21.7 points this week while Drake Maye is projected to score 17.7 points. Josh Allen vs. Buccaneers at home — elite upside despite recent bumps

Allen enters Week 11 healthy and entrenched as Buffalo’s engine, even after last week’s rough outing in Miami that saw him benched late. The broader body of work is still elite: over his last two games he’s thrown for 579 yards with 3 passing scores and added 50 rushing yards and 2 rushing TDs, and he owns... Tampa Bay comes in at 6-3 with a solid defense, but Buffalo is favored at home, suggesting plenty of scoring chances despite cold, windy, rainy conditions in Orchard Park. Our weekly projection sits around 23–24 fantasy points, built on roughly 240 passing yards, 1–2 passing TDs, plus about 30 rushing yards and strong chances at a rushing score. With a 100% roster rate and nearly every manager starting him, he remains a locked-in fantasy starter in all formats. The weather and rising sack rate introduce some volatility, but his dual-threat usage and red-zone rushing give him one of the highest ceilings on the slate.

Drake Maye vs NYJ at home — elite form meets a favorable setup Maye enters Week 11 healthy and red-hot, drawing praise for his poise and deep-ball success in recent reports. He’s at home on Thursday night, and New England rides a long win streak while the Jets sit at the bottom of the division, setting a stable environment. Recent usage remains strong despite some pressure and a few mistakes (2 INTs over the last two games). Fantasy Football Expert Justin Edwards looks at the current Fantasy Football QB rankings and projections for Week 11. “After ten full weeks of NFL action, there are a number of surprises in the football landscape, and the fantasy football QB rankings are reflecting that.”

McCarthy, Vikings — Rostered in 56% of Yahoo Leagues (Suggested 5-6% FAAB Bid in 1QB) Two of the top-ranked quarterbacks in the NFL are set to face off Sunday night at Highmark Stadium.

Josh Allen of the Buffalo Bills is No. 1 in the latest NFL quarterback rankings by USA Today's Jack McKessy. This week Allen goes head-to-head against a rising quarterback in the AFC East, Drake Maye of the New England Patriots. McKessy ranks Maye as the sixth-best QB in the league. "Maye took full advantage of a mediocre Panthers defense on Sunday," McKessy said. "His 94.6 QBR, per ESPN, led the league in Week 4, as did his 0.862 EPA per play and 20.4 completion percentage over expected."

While Allen and Maye may look great in ESPN's and USA Today's rankings, they aren't quite as high on Pro Football Focus' rankings.
