Dignity At Work A Critical Conceptual Framework And Research Agenda
Counseling psychology professor at Boston College I am delighted to share a new publication on dignity at work which is now in press in the Journal of Career Assessment. This article, which includes my gifted co-author Blake Allan, describes a social justice informed perspective on dignity at work and concludes with a conceptual framework and directions for future research. I am attaching a link to the Research Gate version (with a pre-publication version), which should be accessible to many of you. If that does not work, please message me for a copy of the article. I hope you find this useful in your work.
