Colorín Colorado is pleased to present the following classroom videos highlighting effective instruction of English language learners (ELLs). The videos are presented as professional development modules with related resources. These videos were created through the following projects: Colorín Colorado is pleased to present a rich library of video content focused on English language learners (ELLs), including classroom videos from schools around the country, professional development webcasts, and interviews with educators, administrators,... These videos can be used in a variety of settings, including professional development workshops, parent outreach events, and, in the case of author interviews, in the classroom. Partners in the creation of these videos include the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), the AFT Innovation Fund, the National Education Association, Carnegie Corporation, and the Education Development Center.

Colorín Colorado is pleased to present a series of Facebook Live events focused on advocacy for English Language Learners (ELLs). The video archives from the events appear below. Acclaimed actress Rita Moreno hosts Becoming Bilingual, a 30-minute PBS program that examines the challenges of teaching children to read in a new language. This article highlights the diverse leadership experiences of ELL educators and shares ideas for identifying and honing your own leadership capacity. These stories for middle grades are set in schools across the country. Colorín Colorado is pleased to present Watch & Learn, an online professional development series for educators of ELLs! The series presents four video modules featuring strategies from secondary ELL classrooms and interviews with experts on ELL best practices. Additional classroom videos featuring these educators are also available in our classroom video library. This series was produced with the generous support of our founding partner, the AFT, and is a winner of the Telly Award for Online Educational Video..
