Oct. 31, 2025: Deadline to request updates to your catalog page workflows. (See workflow revision request form.) Nov. 5: Catalog staff begin to initiate workflows for academic program pages; catalog edits begin. March 6: Degree audit team reviews all academic program pages and begins making degree audit changes based on requirements as defined in the catalog.

Degree audits for 2026–27 will be available by June 1, 2026. The Office of the Registrar publishes deadlines and processes for course and program changes. Requests submitted by these deadlines are included in the semester's schedule of classes and annual updates of the university catalog and degree audits.
