At its Inbound conference today, HubSpot has announced a number of new agents, some important updates to existing ones, a new Agent Marketplace, and Breeze Studio. Nicholas Holland, Head of AI at HubSpot, filled me in on what’s being announced and how HubSpot is championing small businesses through AI. For HubSpot, a hybrid team is one where humans lead and AI accelerates - it’s not one or the other; it’s both together. This is what the company focuses on when it builds new capabilities and agents. What does a hybrid team look like? Holland said every employee will gain leverage by having an AI assistant.
He said AI has matured a lot in the last year. At the same time, customers want it deeply tied into their context (CRM data, campaign data, processes, context). That requires not a co-pilot, but an AI assistant. As you head down this path, Holland said there are some important things to understand: AI has been the buzzword in business for years, but INBOUND 2025 marked the moment HubSpot turned AI from a tool into a team member. Breeze is no longer just a “copilot”, it’s now a fully integrated system of AI agents and assistants designed to power your marketing, sales, and service teams.
With Breeze, HubSpot isn’t asking you to adopt yet another disconnected AI tool. Instead, it’s giving you one unified AI brain that understands your data, your customers, and your workflows. <img decoding="async" class="wp-image-23876 lazyload" src="https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-300x124.png" alt="eBook: Breeze: The Future of AI Agents In HubSpot" width="600" height="248" srcset="https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-300x124.png 300w, https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-1024x424.png 1024w, https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-768x318.png 768w, https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-1536x636.png 1536w, https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-2048x847.png 2048w, https://www.fastslowmotion.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/09/Screenshot-2025-08-29-at-1.19.59-PM-700x290.png 700w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /> eBook:... At INBOUND 2025, HubSpot unveiled four major Breeze updates: The Customer Agent has evolved from a simple chatbot into a front-office powerhouse. It instantly answers questions, qualifies leads, books meetings, and updates your CRM in real-time.
HubSpot's Breeze AI includes two powerful types of tools: Breeze Assistants—your internal AI helpers—and Breeze Agents—autonomous, task-driving teammates that run workflows for marketing, sales, and service. Together, they help teams scale smartly and focus on growth, not grunt work. At Inbound 2025, HubSpot didn’t just launch Loop Marketing—it launched a more advanced Breeze Studio, embedding AI deeply into their CRM rather than layering it on. Breeze emphasizes hybrid human-AI teams instead of tools in isolation. With ChatGPT projected to overtake Google in traffic by 2028, AI-powered workflows (like those Breeze enables) are a strategic advantage—not an option. Breeze Assistants act as internal AI tools that support your team’s work.
They help you work smarter inside HubSpot—summarizing CRM history, drafting content, prepping meetings, and executing AEO-friendly content strategy. They enhance, not replace, human creativity. Inbound marketing and customer relationship management platform HubSpot Inc. today introduced Breeze, the company’s artificial intelligence. It underlies the entire customer solution for go-to-market teams designed with a copilot, automated AI agents and a unified view of customer management. Dylan Sellberg, director of product at HubSpot, told SiliconANGLE in an interview that although AI has promised to provide transformative value to customers and business at large, it hasn’t gotten there quite yet. Part of the problem appeared to be because AI was difficult to use and it required a vast pool of data to work with. That’s why HubSpot introduced Breeze, an easy-to-use AI companion and system integrated throughout the entire platform that takes advantage of the data, resources and context that the company’s customers work with every day without...
“Breeze Copilot is a product that helps you use HubSpot more efficiently,” said Sellberg. “It’s your assistant. It’s interwoven throughout the entire product. Copilot will exist on every page and every app as a panel that you can talk with, but also as an embedded element.” Copilot can be summoned by marketing, sales and services teams as a chat-based AI to offer personalized insights and recommendations about leads, customers and engagements. It is aware of the full context of what’s happening on the screen – including, for example, if there’s a list page with 50 contacts on it.
Many marketers or service reps might have this common behavior of opening 10 or 20 tabs and jumping between them. The AI can still read through all of them, summarize and compare all the information in them with just one prompt. HubSpot launched Breeze, the company's AI that features copilots and agents, and Breeze Intelligence, which enriches data and identifies the best prospects. The tandem of Breeze and Breeze Intelligence, outlined in HubSpot's Fall 2024 Spotlight, are designed to aid marketing, sales and service teams drive revenue. Breeze includes Copilot, an AI work companion, four Breeze Agents focused on content, social media, prospecting and customer interactions, and more than 80 additional features. HubSpot also announced agent.ai, a marketplace for agents that has Agent Builder.
HubSpot said agent.ai has more than 47,000 users and more than 1,700 builders. With Breeze Intelligence, HubSpot is looking to solve multiple pain points. Breeze Intelligence includes data enrichment via more than 200 million buyers and company profiles and contacts in HubSpot Smart CRM. Buyer intent is designed to find the best prospects and form shortening tools to increase conversion by adding information Breeze Intelligence already knows. "Our customers acquired a bunch of point solutions, and they are struggling to integrate all of those data points into actionable insights and to control the cost, and they're looking for much better ways...
