2026 nfl 3 round mock draft pfsn has some interesting selections for

We are inching closer to the start of the NFL season. Teams have reported to training camp, and the first preseason game is almost upon us. While we can’t wait for the start of the NFL season, draft die-hards are also excited for the beginning of the college football season, so we can get more film to scout the future... Below is my latest edition of a 2026 three-round mock draft, with this exercise focused on introducing fans to names that could play a big part in the NFL Draft next April. There hasn’t been a more hyped quarterback prospect entering the college football season since Trevor Lawrence’s last year at Clemson. Arch Manning has been discussed as a future No.

1 overall pick for years, and while he has yet to play a ton of football at Texas, his traits are clear to see. Manning has a prototypical build, a strong arm, and is an excellent athlete. His instincts as a passer and natural accuracy are evident when you watch him play. He would give the Browns a true franchise signal-caller for the future. The Jets have a lot to like on their roster and have done well by signing Garrett Wilson and Sauce Gardner to long-term deals. With their nucleus intact, adding a quarterback of the future makes a ton of sense.

There's a misconception floating around about the 2026 NFL Draft. Before this college season kicked off, Texas' Arch Manning, South Carolina's LaNorris Sellers and LSU's Garrett Nussmeier were widely viewed as the top eligible quarterback prospects. Those three haven't quite met the early expectations, which has some people jumping to the conclusion that this is a "weak" QB class. In reality, the rise of Indiana's Fernando Mendoza (my QB1 back in May), Alabama's Ty Simpson and Oregon's Dante Moore has reshaped the board. All three still have remaining eligibility and could theoretically return to school in 2026, but in today's thought exercise, they come off the board quickly -- just not at No. 1 overall.

Four teams enter the first round with multiple picks, while just as many have none. The Browns and Rams dealt away theirs in separate draft-day moves a year ago, and the Jets and Cowboys moved on from Quinnen Williams and Micah Parsons, respectively. To set the stage, here are the current odds to be the No. 1 overall pick (via FanDuel Sportsbook). Reminder: This is the current NFL draft order after Week 10 (via Tankathon). The 2025 NFL Draft has come and gone, and draft season is officially over. That is, unless you’re a football sicko like myself and like to talk about the draft year round. With that being said, here is a way-too-early 2026 NFL mock draft, just to get you guys thinking about the next wave of stars that will enter the league in just under a year. Before we get into the mock, the draft order comes from our PFSN 2026 Mock Draft Simulator, which is live and free to use! It’s only May, and to me, it’s clear that Cade Klubnik is the best quarterback in next year’s class. He made a big leap in the 2024 season, where he increased his passing touchdowns from the previous season by 17 and decreased his interceptions from nine to six.

Klubnik’s footwork was better, he had better composure in the pocket, and he truly looked like he was in complete control of Clemson’s offense last season. I expect him to take an even bigger leap in 2025 and be the No. 1 overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. Cleveland is back in the market for a quarterback and the No. 1 overall pick may be a player to watch this fall. The Cleveland Browns will open training camp in late July with several questions to answer before the 2025 season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Cleveland has two first-round selections in next year’s draft - their own and one from the Jacksonville Jaguars - and DeLeone is not confident in this year’s squad as he has Cleveland selecting Indiana... 1 overall selection: As summer scouting takes off and a new college football season nears, the depth and talent likely to be available in the 2026 NFL Draft are beginning to take shape. This group of NFL prospects has a lot to offer and will have fans excited about adding them to their favorite team’s roster.

This class will be one of the most highly thought of groups we have seen in the past few cycles. The draft order is certain to change, but here’s a look at how things could shake out. Projected as the 2026 class’s most coveted prospect, Texas quarterback Arch Manning could end up the consensus No. 1 pick sooner rather than later. Despite limited playing time, Manning possesses all the necessary attributes to become a transformative franchise quarterback. His exceptional poise, accuracy, and athleticism suggest he’s destined for future success as a top-tier NFL quarterback.

Scouts will closely monitor his development as he steps into his first year as a starter. Justin Fields has a great chance to succeed in New York, and the Jets are doing everything in their power to make that happen. With that said, it is unlikely that Fields takes that next step as a starter. And if the Jets are picking this high in the draft, then it likely means Fields failed to establish himself.
