FOXBORO, Mass. -- New England Patriots legendary quarterback Tom Brady felt right where he was supposed to be Wednesday night. "Patriots Nation, it feels good to be home," Brady told the packed crowd to begin his Patriots Hall of Fame induction speech in a one-of-a-kind ceremony inside Gillette Stadium. Brady, who received two monumental honors during the ceremony, spoke for 20 minutes as he tried to encapsulate what an incredible 20-year career with the Patriots meant to him. He thanked nearly everyone he crossed paths with during his time with the Patriots, from assistant coaches to front office executives and his droves of former teammates in attendance. He also made sure to express his gratitude to his family and children.

Brady singled out Patriots owner Robert Kraft as well and even got choked up when mentioning Kraft's late wife, Myra. Tom Brady is undoubtedly the accomplisher of all accomplishments. With 7 Super Bowl rings, 3 MVPs and a whopping 17 division titles, the former Michigan man has won it all and then some. Whilst the New England Patriots active roster is still in rebuild mode from his 2020 departure, onto now their 3rd full-time starting quarterback having selected UNC QB Drake Maye with the 3rd overall pick... The seven-time Super Bowl winner (six with Patriots) spoke in front of a sold out crowd at Gillette Stadium. 60,000 people were in attendance, including many teammates, coaches, family, and friends who cheered Brady on when he took the stage. Undoubtedly, all were able to witness a special moment, as Brady's speech may be remembered for a long time. "It is the honor of my life to take my place among these other Patriot Hall of Famers. And to be official enshrined into the winning legacy of this amazing organization," Brady said.

"You humble me. You make me proud. And I am eternally grateful. I am Tom Brady. And I am a Patriot." The ending of Brady's speech was enough to give goosebumps, as he gave an inspirational talk about the correlation between life and football.
