We provide phone support from Monday to Friday - 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Outside of normal business hours, press option 1 to speak with an on-call IT staff member. For emergency issues with classroom technology, call 314-977-4099. For student, faculty and staff support on the north and south campuses, email ask@slu.edu or submit a case below. ITS has centralized our support staff into a set of geographically zoned groups instead of having individuals dedicated to a specific academic/administrative unit.

To get started, there are a few key steps to complete – you need to establish your eCampus account, then set up your Single Sign-On (SSO) login, and finally log in to the MyApps... The very first thing to do once you receive your URI ID number is to register for an eCampus account. This is done through the eCampus registration system. Go pro with your username – you will probably be using this account to search for jobs four years from now. Make sure to write down your login info somewhere safe so that you can use it to setup logins to your URI email and Single Sign-On accounts.

The Help Desk is a busy place at the start of the semester. Avoid the lines and stress less by following these top tips: A HawkID is necessary to register for classes, view tuition, log in to email, and access most online university services. Your HawkID and password provide access to your grades, finances, and other personal information, so you should never share your password. If you forgot your HawkID and/or password or you would like to change your password, visit the HawkID Tools page. You'll be required to reset your password every year, and we'll start sending you email notifications two weeks before expiration.
All students are required to use Two-Step Login to access online systems like MyUI, ICON, and Office 365. If you are already enrolled in Two-Step and receiving phone calls or text messages to complete your logins switch to the Duo app! It is easier, faster, and safer.
