With your Rowan NetID, you can log in to Canvas, RowanWiFi, Self-Service Banner, Google Drive, your Rowan email and Rowan-managed computers in computer labs and elsewhere. Duo Mobile App The Duo Mobile app is the fastest and most secure way to protect your Rowan NetID. Rowan University assigns a unique nine-digit Banner ID number to every member of the Rowan community.
You may be asked for your Banner ID when submitting internal forms and applications or to help verify your identity. As a new student, you will receive your nine-digit Banner ID in your admissions and orientation materials. You can also locate your Banner ID at netid.rowan.edu or on your applicant status page. Student Laptop Recommendations• Processor: Intel Core i7 (Mac or Windows) or AMD Ryzen 7 (Windows) • Storage: 512GB solid state drive at minimum (1TB recommended)• RAM: 16GB at minimum (32GB recommended) We recommend all students come to campus with a new, name-brand laptop. Picking the best laptop for you will depend on your major and personal preferences.
You should contact your department of study to determine whether you need to purchase a laptop with specific requirements. The Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering requires incoming students to bring a laptop to campus. Please visit the College of Engineering's website for current laptop recommendations. The William G. Rohrer College of Business requires incoming students to bring a laptop to campus.

Rowan provides on campus support for lenovo laptops. Please keep in mind that when purchasing a Lenovo computer through this program, you are purchasing directly from Lenovo, not through the University.
You can choose from various manufactures such as Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Sony, or Toshiba. Susan, Rowan’s digital assistant, is available 24/7 to answer your questions about technology at Rowan University. If Susan can’t answer your question, the digital assistant will connect you to chat with a human who can help you during designated hours. Log in to netid.rowan.edu, select Update Password in the left-hand navigation and follow the prompts to update your password. Consumer Disclosures | University Catalog The Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering requires all incoming students to bring a laptop to campus. It is highly recommended that laptops be purchased through Lenovo from the following site: https://www3.lenovo.com/le/1214226817/us/en/1214226817 Other laptops must functionally meet or exceed these specifications.
You can select the Lenovo laptop of your choice in the Laptops tab. The laptops come with a 4-year warranty and on-site support. If you need help with your device, you can call or email the Technology Support Center at 856-256-4400 or support@rowan.edu. For in-person support, you can bring it to the Technology Assistance Center in Memorial Hall.
