Shane McConnell graduated American International College with degrees in Education and Sociology. Providence College graduate with a Master’s degree in Special Education and a graduate from the RI Principal Residency Network. Shane has worked in private and public school settings as a; Teacher, Special Education Director, Principal and as a Co-Founder of RIAA Superintendent /COO. Erin Medeiros: Director of Special Education Erin Medeiros graduated the University of Rhode Island with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in education. She is certified to teach early childhood, elementary and Special Education and as a Special Education Administrator.
She has worked with children with disabilities for over fifteen years. Jennifer is a graduate from Strayer University with a Bachelor’s in Business Management and Marketing. Jennifer has spent her career specializing in Business Operations in both corporate and startup organizations. She has been in the education sector with RIAA since it’s inception in 2017.
